Học sinh học và luyện tập từ vựng và chủ đề ngữ pháp trọng tâm trong Unit7 ( Saving 
energy) chương trình Tiếng Anh lớp 9. Các chủ điểm ngữ pháp gồm:
- Connectives
- Phrasal verbs 
- Making suggestions

I. VOCABULARY (UNIT 7 SAVING ENERGY)

- bill (n) hóa đơn
- enormous (a) quá nhiều, to lớn
- reduce (v) giảm
- reduction (n) sự giảm lại
- plumber (n) thợ sửa ống nước
- crack (n) đường nứt
- pipe (n) đường ống (nước)
- bath (n) bồn tắm
- faucet (n) = tap vòi nước
- drip (v) chảy thành giọt
- tool (n) dụng cụ
- fix (v) lắp đặt, sửa
- waste (v) lãng phí
- appliance (n) đồ dùng
- solar energy năng lượng mặt trời

II. GRAMMAR
1. Connectives: ( Từ nối / Liên từ)
Ta dùng các liên từ để nối hai từ ,hai cụm từ hoặc hai câu .
- and: và ( chỉ sự thêm vào)
- but:nhưng ( chỉ sự tương phản)
- or: hay, hoặc ( chỉ sự lựa chọn) 
- because: bởi vì ( chỉ lí do )
 - so: vì vậy, vì thế ( chỉ kết quả)
-Therefore :do đó ( chỉ kết quả) A. Ex: I suggest collecting some money.
 * S + suggest + V- ing
a. I suggest collecting unused clothes.
b. I suggest organizing a show to raise money.
B. Ex. I suggest that you should work harder on your pronunciation.
 * S + suggest + that + S + should.
a. I suggest that you should listen to the tape regularly.

I. Choose the correct connectives in brackets:( Chọn từ nối đúng trong ngoặc)
