 CHỦ ĐỀ : GRAMMAR 
 I.MỤC TIÊU : 
 Học sinh học và luyện tập chủ đề ngữ pháp trọng tâm trong Unit 7 và Unit 8 chương trình 
 Tiếng Anh lớp 9 sách thí điểm. Qua chủ đề này học sinh có thể :
 -nắm được từ chỉ định lượng để nói về thói quen ăn uống của người Việt Nam 
 -biết cách dùng mạo từ và viết được câu điều kiện loại 1 với các động từ khuyết thiếu 
 Các chủ điểm ngữ pháp gồm:
- Quantifiers : Review ( Ôn tập từ định lượng ) 
- Modal verbs in conditional sentences type1 ( động từ khuyết thiếu trong câu điều kiện loại 1 ) 
- Articles : other uses ( cách dùng khác của mạo từ ) 
II. NỘI DUNG KIẾN THỨC TRỌNG TÂM : 
 1.Quantifiers : Review ( Ôn tập từ định lượng ) 
* Theory ( lý thuyết ) 
A. A/an
 Cách dùng “a”và “an”(một) là hai mạo từ được dùng cho danh từ đếm được số ít. 
 “a”đứng trước phụ âm, “an”đứng trước nguyên âm (u, e, o, a, i).
 Ví dụ -There is a cat. (Có một con mèo.)
 -There isn’t a house. (Không có một ngôi nhà.)
 -Is there an egg ? (Có một quả trứng không?)
 B. Some/ Any
 Some (một vài, một ít) Any (nào,tí nào)
 “Some”được dùng trong câu khẳng định “Any”được dùng trong câu phủ định hoặc câu 
 và lời mời, yêu cầu. hỏi.
 Ví dụ: Ví dụ:
 Would you like some tea? Do you have any pens?
 (Bạn dùng một ít trà nhé?) (Bạn có chiếc bút nào không?)
 “Any”đứng trước danh từ không đếm được 
 “Some”đứng trước danh từ không đếm hoặc danh từ đếm được số nhiều.

Exercise 3 : Write the conditional sentences type1 from the following sentences ( Viết câu 
điều kiên loai 1 với “if”dựa vào các câu cho sẵn.)

“the” được dùng để nói đến 1 vật cụ - The cars in this parking lot belong to people

“the” được dùng đề ám chì tới thế -We had a sightseeing tour around the

 C . MẠO TỪ RỖNG/ KHÔNG CÓ MẠO TỪ (ZERO ARTICLE)
Không dùng mạo từ với danh từ đếm được Passwords protect our personal 
số nhiều và danh từ không đếm được khi information. ( mật mã nói chung ) 
nói về những thứ chung chung.
 Cars have wheels. (xe hơi nói chung)
 Tigers are in danger of becoming extinct.
Không dùng mạo từ với các bữa ăn, tháng, See you on Thursday.
thứ, mùa, dịp đặc biệt của năm.

 I visit my grandparents on New Year’s

Không dùng mạo từ với hầu hết tên người - Lục địa: Africa, Europe, Asia
hoặc tên địa điểm (hầu hết tên quốc gia, 
 -Quốcgia:France, Japan, New Zealand
tiểu bang, lục địa, thành phố, thị trấn).
 -Tiểu bang: Floria, California
 -Thành phố, thị trấn: New York, Bristol, 
 Ex : Dat Lat is in Lam Dong Province
